Brookside II Homeowner’s Association Information
1. How much are the Brookside II Homeowner’s Association dues?
○ The current HOA dues are $45 annually.
○ Renewals will take place in July.

2. What has Brookside II HOA done for you and our community?
○ We are an organized voice to the Village regarding our concerns.
○ We serve as a link between other neighborhoods and Village departments regarding safety issues and neighborhood alerts. -
○ We organize a variety of social events to generate community spirit.
○ We made major improvements to the signs at both of the subdivision entrances (new stone signs in 2020) and upgraded to wooden street signs.
○ We continually maintain the landscaping and beautification of both entrances.
○ We sponsor holiday decorations at both entrances and street signs throughout the neighborhood.
○ We have installed 2 shelters along the Old Plank Road Trail.
○ We have donated safety equipment to the Frankfort Fire Department and made donations to the Lincoln Way Special Education Program.
○ We have contributed funds toward the gazebo at Prairie Park and community events including Concerts on the Green, Farmer's Market, and Bluegrass Festival.
○ We host an annual Brookside Il Homeowner's appreciation event.
○ We provide welcome packets and a small gift to new Brookside II homeowners.
